Kim Hyun Joong will be spending the new year with his fans through his new fan meeting event called ‘2012 Kim Hyun Joong Fanmeeting in Seoul‘.

He’ll be performing songs from his “Break Down” and “Lucky” mini-albums, as well as hold discussion sessions to talk about what 2012 will be like for him and his fans. Since the event is open to fans from all over the world, the diverse turnout is expected to cement his status as a Hallyu superstar.

Reservations for tickets opened up on December 21st, and in moments, the pages were flooded with 10,000 fans, claiming every last seat in just under 30 minutes. Fans that weren’t so lucky are still scrounging on boards and hoping that more dates will be added to the fan meet.

A representative of Key East expressed, “He’s counting down the days to meeting his fans. Even amidst busy preparations for year-end shows, he’s working hard to come up with ways to make the event memorable for his fans.”

After his fan meet, he will be preparing for the release of his Japanese single and promotions.

Yesterday, Music Bank celebrated Christmas holiday by a very special episode where it put on all highlight performances of the year. I didn't know there would be our Hyun Joong until the familiar melody of "Break Down". I was so excited that I had to hold back my scream by my both hands (it was 1:30am at my place). OMG. He was very handsome with his new hair cut, shorter but super duper cooler. But it didn't end there. His special performance was amazing and powerful. OMG. I wanted it to last longer 'cause it wasn't enough at all T.T

Kim Hyun Joong was honored with four trophies at the ‘2011 Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards‘, proving once again that he’s the one of the leading Hallyu stars of Asia.

The awards ceremony takes in data gathered from Yahoo!’s search engine throughout the year to honor the hottest stars in Asia that were popularly searched. 

Held at the Hong Kong Convention Center on the night of December 20th, Kim Hyun Joong came away with 56 million online votes, earning him the trophies of ‘Asia Top Buzz Solo Artist‘, ‘Korea Top Buzz Solo Artist‘, ‘Hong Kong Top Buzz Solo Artist‘, and ‘Taiwan Top Buzz Solo Artist‘. It was a special moment for fans, as it marked his 3rd consecutive year winning at the ceremony.

[111220] [Diary] YoungSaeng ‘Completed Three Musketeers...’

I don't know how to express my feelings right now. I was waiting for an official message from Young Saeng after finish his musical which recently becomes his habit. However, I was so busy that I couldn't check his page everyday and now ... it's there ^.^

After this experience, I can see that our Young Saeng has changed a lot. He no more hesitates sharing his thoughts and he's more dignified in his speech. I'm also glad that he enjoyed all his time and found good friends there.

When he finished his very last performance, I will absolutely miss the time when I stayed up all night waiting for his latest pics and videos. However, I suppose that we will just have a short break before his next products: mv, single, album, fansign and ... more musical, who knows ... just wait and see.

But.. really.. I think it is difficult to find worthy people among the actors/actresses who has done Three Musketeers together..
Because everyone really did well.. so I was able to do it even more comfortably.. I think I learned a lot...

The role of d’Artagnan.. I did my best in immersing maximum into the role...
While doing my last performance.. I felt it... That I’ve fell into this musical.. I’ve enjoyed it...
I was overwhelmed with emotions.. even at the end of it.. it’s not as though I’ve made an achievement...
I cried when I think of.. now, it’s farewell to all the actors/actresses.. and the musical Three Musketeers..

The last word.. “Thank You..” which I said unknowingly..
I think it is a word that really came from d’Artagnan’s heart...
And.. I am very thankful to fans who have always supported.. and watched without ever missing...!!

Really.. it is a musical that lets me have the thinking that.. even though we are growing older... we can still become pure..

It is a really enjoyable musical.. a musical that enlightens me... a musical that lets me meet with good actors/actresses...
A musical that I cannot forget... Three Musketeers!!!
